    My 9 year old Doberman Pinscher was diagnosed with a partial CCL tear in the hind leg. Of course the vet wants to do the surgery but I'm not willing to commit until I know what all my options are. I researched dog braces and came across a few, but they were either too complicated in design or required a veterinarian to put the leg in a cast. Fortunately, I found lovepluspet. I read a lot and visit your site. How lucky! ! ! ! I ordered this brace. I received the brace last Saturday and wore it three times that day with thirty minutes between each session. By the second time, she didn't mind at all. On Sunday we went for a thirty minute walk with the brace on and she was doing fine. She's still trying to understand how the brace will bend with her knee, but all in all she's doing a good job.
