  • Can my pet go to the bathroom in the cart?
    Yes, Our wheelchair is designed to allow pets to be able to urinate and defecate freely while in the wheelchair.
  • How long does it take to receive the wheelchair?
    Our shipping times is about 3-8 business days after we receive the order, but It may be affected by other factors, so if you have any questions about your order, please contact service@lovepluspet.com
  • Is the wheelchair adjustable?
    Yes, Our wheelchairs coud be fully adjusted in height, length, width to your dogs needs.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30 day trial period for the refund. You have plenty of time to test the cart and send us pictures for evaluation. We always recommend doing our towel test before ordering a wheelchair as this will usually give you a good indication of how they will do in our rear support cart.
  • Are the foot slings, or stirrups, for holding the rear legs up off the ground included or extra?
    The foot slings are included with every wheelchair. These are for paralyzed pets that have no use of their rear legs. Every part needed for your cart is included in the box.
  • Does a dog have to be paralyzed to use a wheelchair?
    This is simply not true. Dogs use wheelchairs for all types of mobility issues, not only paralysis. Wheelchairs benefit any pet who is experiencing hind leg weakness, balance issues or in need of support due to old age or a medical condition.
  • How long will it take for my pet to get used to the wheelchair?
    Every pet is different. Some pets get used to the wheelchair instantly while others will need more time to get used to the actual sensation of being on wheelchair.
  • How long can my pet stay in the wheelchair?
    If your pet is just starting out on a wheelchair, we advise the short durations to get them used to and to exercise their forelegs. The basic regiman is a 10-minute session of walking and increase the use time appropriately on the next day.
    An important thing should notice that wheelchairs are not for long durations. After plenty of exercise activities, you could let them in the wheelchair more often.
  • Can the wheelchair be used in various terrains?
    Yes, you can take your wheelchair-bound pet to the beach, a grassy park or tramping in snow. But at the same time you need to keep an eye on your pet when it uses the wheelchair.
